Situated adjacent to our gallery, Easel Cottage is a holiday let that is an art-lover’s paradise. Full of charm and character, the cottage walls are adorned with art and surfaces display curios and other objet d’art.
This sale is an opportunity to not only pick up a bargain, but to view art in the comfort of a home environment.

The cottage, courtyard games room and artist’s studio will be open for visitors over the weekend of 8-9 February, from 10am–5pm.

About Easel Cottage
Dating from 1880, the cottage sits on the highest point of South Horrington village, just outside Wells, affording it a superb viewpoint. In its former function, the cottage was part of the Mendip Hospital, and used as a porter’s lodge and staff quarters. Lovingly brought back to life without losing its original charm, it retains original doors and windows, with the addition of modern comforts and walls benefiting from housing a selection of works from the Andelli Art collection, providing a visually rich, unique style to every room – Your own private gallery for the duration of your stay.
